First of all the sales staff was very helpful in helping me decide best offer for the buck, secondly very greatus in answering all the technical inquires, and very speedy shipment, I placed my order on Saturday and I received it in Vancouver on Wednesday, bet best of all I love this NEW Box, very easy to setup, if you got manual, and then very good picture quality on my standard Sony 35" Trinitron, you do not need a HD box this one is good enough, and very minimal freezing, I would say may be after 10 minutes, you might see a glitch, But I wold definitely recommend this Box to friends.
